I love to sew. I love creating fabric and manipulating fabric, also crocheting and knitting. There is not a time that I sit down that I don't have something to do. So this is a blog is about things I like to do. I enjoy sharing my sewing projects with others.

My Backyard in December
I looked out my back window today and what did I see?
All the leaves have fallen off the tree (trees)
Just a little poetry for my readers, no I am not a poet and I know it. But I was just amazed at the way the backyard looked with no greenery. To me it is still beautiful, the trees have such unique shapes, that wooded area in our backyard looks so mysterious but not so mysterious that I feel like I should be out in it. And I don't feel that I need to go explore what is in those woods. The other day there was 3 deer out there. I tried to take a photo of that but by the time I got my camera they had gone. I love looking at nature.
Also today Bobby (my husband) and I went to church with his dad. He asked me "don't you have enough pictures of us? I don't think we ever get enough pictures of our loved ones. Dad is looking real good for 83 years young.

I love all the seasons..we have almost a foot of snow on the ground here and even tho lots of folks are complaining, Im enjoying every minute of it:)
Good looking family you have there. Pop and son have a very strong resemblance.
Your tree pictures caught my eye because I love nature, but then I saw the quilts and pillows too. You do lovely work. Nice blog.
Nice to see pictures of you and your family as well as your work!
The bare trees remind me of what it looks like in West Virginia when I am visiting there.
I believe that you have advertised on my widget at some point during this fall. Unfortunately it was before I started making careful notes on who was on my widget in order to give all advertisers an extra link at the end of the week. To make up for that miss, I'll take your badge with me. I haven't yet figured out how to make my own badge work for others to take, but eventually I'll get it right.
Best wishes,
Anna
